Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities across channel and commercial sector through professional networking, cold calling and social selling strategies.
- Partner closely with the product & sales team to support the preparation of high-quality proposals and ensure a seamless post-sale handover for won accounts.
- Develop and execute sales activity plans to consistently meet and exceed individual KPI and company sales targets.
- Proactively grow the client base, spotting new market trends and identifying strategic opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships via pre-sales support, expert consultations, and product demos.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing, experience in technology, IT services, or consulting is an advantage.
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by an uncapped commission/incentive structure.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
- Quick learner with a strong interest in exploring technical and AI solution knowledge.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
