About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly presentable Sales Manager to spearhead our client acquisition in Hong Kong. In this enterprise hunting role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles, and positioning our advanced IT services and AI solutions to clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the proactive identification, prospecting, and development of new commercial clients and strategic partners in Hong Kong.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners and system integrators.
- Design and execute sales strategies and activity plans to consistently hit and exceed individual and company sales targets.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, analysis, and growth reports to management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively spotting new market opportunities and strategic growth vectors for IT services and AI solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales/ business development/ account management within the IT industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hunter mentality, highly resilient, self-motivated, and driven by an uncapped commission/incentive structure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory.
