About the role
We are looking for a motivated, independent and professionally presentable Channel Sales Manager to promote our ITSM, SIEM, NOC, and Cybersecurity products in Hong Kong. Operating with hunter mindset, you will capitalize on your strong network of local system integrators to expand into new accounts, capture new market opportunities, and drive explosive channel growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop channel partners/system integrators to engage, market, and sell ITSM, SIEM, NOC, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop channel strategies, business plans, and sales activities to hit individual sales targets and company goals.
- Build lasting relationships via pre-sales support, expert consultations, and product demos.
- Team up with product team to launch high-impact channel programs.
- Proactively develop client base, spot new products/markets, and identify opportunities.
- Design, prepare, and present sales forecasts and analysis reports to management.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, independent self-starter with 1-3+ years in sales/ business development, ideally with strong channel connections to kickstart growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by an uncapped commission/incentive structure.
- Knowledge of ITSM, SIEM, NOC, Cybersecurity products is preferred.
- Background in partner/account growth or tender processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
